Does lifting weights cause cellulite to surface?
Not at all. Cellulite is constantly moving thoughout your whole body. Iifting weights promotes muscular hypertrophy the additional muscle allows for greater fat burn capacity. What your seeing is probably muscle starting to appear. How’s your eating habbits? Are you doing cardio at all? If so for how long? I’ve been a top level trainer for almost 8 years of my life.
