Try asking a lady for her age. Who ever it is, she would be hesitant to give you the answer. Ladies feel shy to reveal their age. Biologically and physically, ladies mature faster than gentlemen. This is one of the reasons why the ladies feel shy to say what their age is. But, Dear ladies, there are certain tips that you can follow to facilitate the process of reverse aging.
How is that possible? Just go ahead and understand the tactics to make you appear youthful. Understand the fact that your chronological years cannot be reversed. But you can check on your biological and psychological age. Your psychological age is how you feel about yourself. Have as much fiber rich food as you can: Having fiber rich content is eating lots of roughage. Fibers clean our intestine and help us in having regular bowel movements. Dr.Mehmet C. Oz, who coauthored the book, “You: Staying Young: The Owner’s Manual for Extending Your Warranty” emphasizes that clean intestine and regular bowel movements can help you remain healthy for long. At least 25 grams of fiber needs to be consumed everyday. Fibers works on the food we eat. It retains the nutrients in the intestine. It then releases the nutrients as and when needed. You can find enough fibers in fruits and vegetables and some whole grains.
1. Eat the sandwiches that are rolled in whole wheat tortillas. A tortilla is a flat round bread made up of wheat or corn.
2. Whole grain cereals make a very nutritious and a heavy breakfast. So, it better that you always choose the ones made of whole wheat. They will do wonders. They fill your tummy easily. So, go in for the whole wheat pasta or even brown rice which has got abundant fiber in it.
3. One type of oats is coarsely ground or cut into small pieces. This is called as steel cut oats. This would make a scrumptious and a healthy meal.
Sleep well: Sleep is a very important part of one’s life. Right from infancy to old age, lack of sleep causes a lot of problems. For elders, the sleeping time should be at least be about eight hours. But we always neglect our sleep and reduce it to four hours because we feel that sleeping means wastage of time. This causes a lot changes in the functions of endocrine. If you miss sleeping, the glucose levels in our body can have drastic changes. Loosing sleep will only make the aging earlier. This would also lead to other problems such as diabetes, increase in blood pressure, obesity or even memory loss.
Keep Yourself Busy: There is an old saying that an idle mind is devil’s workshop. When brain is put to work it produces more neurons According to Dr. Yaakov Stern, the director of the neuro science division in sergievsky, Columbia University, people who keep themselves busy have very minor chances of manifesting the Alzheimer’s disease. Always keep yourselves busy not over the phone but mentally.
Have Red Wine: Red wine can be had daily. Red Wine has alcohol and resvetrol benefits. It is a powerful antioxidant. The resvertol make the cells in our system from aging. Red wine 80% alcohol and 20% resvertol. Hence it is recommended by Dr. oz that people drink at least one glass of red wine every day.

One rat was in the cage where it was enriched with many things to play. Other one was in the impoverished cage. She examined those rats to find that the rat in the enriched cage were better than the one in the impoverished one. She did several tests on the 600 days old rats. A 600 days old rat is equivalent to 60 year old human. The rats that were petted and patted live a considerably longer life than the one without that patting.
