Vyvanse is just amphetamine with a l-lysine moiety tagged on to change the pharmacokinetics. I did some cursory searches and did not see rosacea of any kind listed as a common side-effect of vyvanse. I would search to see if it is associated with amphetamine in general. I hope someone more knowledgeable answers but I thought I’d provide this since you piqued my curiosity.
