Here are a few things that have helped me over the years: *Swimming in chlorinated water. *Switching to Purex or Arm & Hammer laundry detergent (anything that is “free” of extra dyes and such) and nixing fabric softener. *Elidel (the best… but expensive… I use only on my face and in really painful spots). *Heavy moisturizers like Eucerin, Utter Cream, etc. And sometimes even Vaseline. Also, they have a gel baby oil that is wonderful. *Tanning. I’ve fake-baked before, but only for 10 minutes once a week while it’s really bad. *If your hands and feet get bad like me, I slather one of the heavy moisturizers on and sleep with socks and cotton gloves on. *Change to a mild soap. The best I’ve used is Dove brands. Depending on the sensitivity of your skin, one of theirs is bound to work.

Hope this helps! I know how torturous it can be!!
