brown spots are probably freckles. they will become more noticeable if you spend time in the sun, so make sure you use plenty of sunscreen and maybe a bit of foundation or concealer to tone them down a bit if you really dont like them. I don’t know of any way to remove them sorry. Freckles are cute anyway!
