It worked for me – the light use of tanning beds not only eliminated terrible scars I had on my hands – but actually slowed the “active phase” of a psoriasis event. Even still if I have a particularly rough spell with the itching and flaking and weepy skin – the tanning bed works like magic. I heard that some insurance companies were actually contemplating paying for tanning beds for people with the condition.
